June 8th – June 29th, 2019

4-week meditation course for Beginners available every month throughout the whole year. Class starts on Saturday (June 8th, 2019) at 2:00pm. We meet for one hour every Saturday. Participants are advised to make an effort to meditate on his or her own during the week to fully experience the essence of Vipassanā. A habit of keeping a meditation journal is also suggested, but not required.
